Delivery & returns

Welcome to Plantes Addict. We understand that delivering plants in perfect condition is important to you. Here are our detailed policies to ensure your new plants arrive at your home safely and what to do if you need to make a return.

Delivery :

1. Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery: Delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

2. Specialized Packaging:

We use specially designed packaging to secure and protect plants during transport. This includes sturdy supports to hold plants in place and prevent damage.

3. Delivery Costs:

Delivery costs vary depending on the total weight of the order and the delivery method chosen. Applicable fees will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

5. Delivery Areas:

We deliver everywhere in mainland France. For deliveries outside of these areas, please contact us to discuss possible options.

1. Right of Withdrawal :

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your plants. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email).

2. Return Conditions:

Plants must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the plants were already damaged or defective upon receipt.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly request a different method. Any refunds will be made within 14 days of confirmation of receipt of the returned plants. Each case will be studied sparingly before full or partial reimbursement.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

If plants arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
